EU as implemented in the Netherlands (AIFMD). The Coöperatief Construction Equity Fund U.A. (CEF or CEF1) and
Coöperatief CI2 Construction Equity Fund U.A. (CEF2) are AIFs (each, a “Fund”). The Manager is authorised by the
AFM to act as manager (beheerder) of investment institutions and to offer participation rights in investment
institutions and accordingly the Manager is subject to supervision by the AFM and the Dutch Central Bank in respect
of CEF1 and CEF2.
