SGX Listing Rules require listed issuers to publish annual sustainability reports covering material environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and climate-related disclosures on a 'comply or explain' basis, with mandatory Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting and alignment with ISSB standards required from financial year 2025, as guided by Practice Note 7.6.
