Amendment of First Schedule to Act 2013-21 ELECTRIC LIGHT AND POWER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015-17 BARBADOS 3 2015-17 I assent ELLIOTT F. BELGRAVE Governor-General 17th April, 2015. An Act to amend the Electric Light and Power Act, 2013 (Act 2013-21). [Commencement: 23rd April, 2015] ENACTED by the Parliament of Barbados as follows: Short title 1. Act, 2015. This Act may be cited as the Electric Light and Power (Amendment) ELECTRIC LIGHT AND POWER (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015–17 Amendment of section 33 of Act 2013-21 2. i Section 33(1) of the Electric Light and Power Act, 2013 (Act 2013-21), in this Act referred to as the principal Act, is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) to (e) and renumbering the remaining paragraphs as paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g), respectively, Amendment of First Schedule to Act 2013-21 3. Paragraph 1(b) of the First Schedule to the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "100 kilowatts" and substituting the word "25 kilowatts".
